Having your team, you can speed up the process of checking options, which will allow you to quickly find the right solution. But not everyone can afford to have a team at the beginning. Nevertheless, this is optional. You can find like-minded people who are willing to work to achieve the same goal that you set for yourself. You can start from one place, and go to the goal together. During the way, you can share experiences, analyze failures and find solutions. You can also give everyone their stretch of road. Let everyone in their domain patch up all the potholes. You can also give everyone their way, but there is a risk that none of them will reach their destination, including you.

Hi Oleks,

That's a fantastic point you make about finding like-minded people to work with you to achieve similar/the same goals you set yourself. Too often in my life, I spend too much time with people who do not share the same goals as me and who have a completely different outlook on life. This is something I need to change!

With regards to your English, I just have the following points to make

1. "patch up" - pay attention to your pronunciation of the word "patch" Listen to me saying it a few times.

2. Having your team - Having your own team (minor suggestion to make it clearer)

3. and go to the goal together - (In English, we aim to "reach goals/objectives") and aim to reach the goal together.

4. During the way - (Along the way sounds better)

5.. You can also give everyone their way (I would recommend using the phrase "have their own way") You can also let everyone have their own way.
