Hi Mills and welcome! You are obviously quite fluent in English and I note that you say you have no problem with the other language skills of reading, writing and listening. Speaking is often a problem because the speaker lacks the opportunity to practise. Speaking can be thought of as developing a muscle. We have to keep using it to strengthen this skill. What you said was 99% correct. Just ensure that the "s" is pronounced in the verb in the 3rd person. I heard " when someone speak English". It should be "when someone speaks English". Your intonation and stress could be a little clearer and more even. I found it difficult to make out some words because of this but your pronunciation is excellent! Well done and keep posting/practising! Ros

Oh bless you Milos! I didn't mean that type of stress! I meant the emphasis you place on words and syllables.

Welcome to the Lingora community Milos. Great to have you here.

I'm so impressed with your English. You speak so fluently and confidently that it is very hard for me to find things you can improve at. Just a few things:

1. When you said "I'm 25 years old guy", the correct way to say this is "I'm a 25 year old guy"

2. As mentioned by Ros, make sure when saying words like "problems" that you pronounce the "s" sound at the end of the word.

Yea obviously i have difficulties with that 's' , singular-plural. I automatically adding that at the end of the sentence even if im aware of that mistake.
I need to get better in grammar and times grammar.

Thank you Edmund for your advices, words and your time.
Regards!

Hi!

Thanks for this, it's excellent!

You seem to have a great understanding on intonation and stress patterns, which makes your speech and the messages that you are trying to communicate more coherent. Keep this up and your conversations in English will be more fluent, expressive and interesting!

Thanks,

Becky :)

Hello, Milos. Wow! Your accent is great! Your English skills are fabulous. Keep up the good work.

Regarding your text, here are my suggestions besides the ones mentioned by others.

 I’m 25 years old guy. -> I’m a 25-year-old guy

… introduce myself to Lingora community. -> … introduce myself to the Lingora community.

Also, with regard to the advice you requested, I would say that your English level is advanced. Therefore, you need to practice real English. You can read books, watch movies, and listen to music. My recommendation is that when practicing any kind of materials, have your notebook ready. When you encounter a useful phrase or an interesting idiom, write it down. That way, you can further practice the vocabulary and structures and they will stick in mind more readily.

Best of luck to you!
