Tarot Cards 6

Thirdly, the Tarot Cards themselves. I just started to study them, and I do not want to repeat what others have written, but what I have already seen myself is amazing. I just looked through only the first six Major Arcana cards. Each of them is like a separate person, with their own, often opposite features.

Great effort, Oleks. Please take a look at my evaluation of your text and tell me what you think.

Thirdly, the Tarot Cards themselves (The sentence has no verb (?)). I just started to study (Do you mean you studied the literature on Tarot Cards?) them, and I do not want to repeat what others have written, but what I have already seen (for) myself is amazing. I just looked through only the first six Major Arcana cards. Each of them is like a separate (an individual) person, with their own, often opposite features.

Hi Ali! Thank you! Your evaluation is very helpful. Probably, I need to write the first sentence like this: "Thirdly, this is the Tarot Cards themselves." The serond sentence may should be like this: "I only recently began to study...". Am I right?

Hey Oleks, thanks for this!

Thirdly, the Tarot Cards themselves. I just started to look at them more closely than ever before and what I have noticed is absolutely amazing. - (use adverbs like 'absolutely' to modify your adjectives when you are trying to make a point about something. For example, saying 'absolutely amazing' indicates that you were very surprised by the tarot cards)

You also don't need to use captial letters for 'Tarot Cards' as this is not a proper noun; so the correct spelling is 'tarot cards.'

Earlier, I looked through the first six Major Arcana cards. - (well done on using capital letters for the proper noun 'Major Arcana' here! This is correct, as it is a name given to a specific type of card in a tarot pack.

Each of the cards has its own unique identity, like they are people with different features. - (I like your use of personification here, it's very creative! I would just change the structure of the sentence to clarify what you are trying to say.)

Thanks,

Becky =]

Good job Oleks. In the suggested revisions I also see mentioned about using verbs and adverbs. Here's a tip to help with future text: An adverb would describe how you perform the action of feeling—an adjective describes what you feel.
