제 이름은 린시에요. 저는 영어 원어민이에요.

저는 학생이 아니에요. 저는 남한에 가고 싶어요. 어쩌면 저는 올해 갈 것이에요. (or 갈 거에요 may sound more natural, although there's only a tiny bit of difference as in "will not go" and "won't go")

김치 있어요? 아니요. 비빔밥 있어요.

여동생 있어요? 아니요, 남동생 있어요.

이 호텔에 피자는 있어요? (The difference between 피자 있어요 and 피자는 있어요 is like the usage of "then" in English - just asking 피자 있어요 sounds like this is your first question but 피자는 있어요 (with or without the word "그러면") sounds like "Do you have pizza, then?")

국수 있어요?

네. 국수하고 피자 있어요.
