Hi Oleks,

Thanks for this - just to let you know, this is the English spelling of: colours. 'Colors' is the American English spelling.

I would also open the extract with 'Find a place in your home where you can sit with your eyes closed for a short while'.

Where you say 'try to eat' and 'Try to imagine geometric objects', you can just say, 'eat' and 'imagine geometric objects'.

A short and concise way of saying 'according to your desire' would be to replace this phrase with 'Choose your favourite colours of paint: white, red, blue and so on.'

I'd also add the conjuction 'and' to connect your sentence here: Imagine a flower in front of you and smell it. Imagine the food and how it tastes, and smell it. - this makes more grammatical sense than saying 'mentally taste it.'

Your audio clip was perfect in terms of accent and pronunciation - well done!

Thanks,

Becky =]

Hi Oleks,

This is very good advice to help people get focused. In today's society, there are so many distractions which really hinder our ability to remember important things. I will definitely give this a go next time I have a test/exam to revise for.

The others have done a great job of evaluating your extract!

I just have one more thing to add.

1. Your pronunciation of the word "geometric"
