I always liked to read, in my recreation time, about different types of subjects. One of the first e-books I read in English was Can't Hurt Me: Master Your Mind and Defy the Odds by David Goggins.
I saw the Author in an interview on Youtube, and I found the stories about him amazing, and shortly thereafter that, I buy his book.
To give a quick review I can says that the book is not only about how inspire us to practice more sports, It's much more than that, because, the Author talk about how we can push ourselves and achieve goals that we thought it was impossible.
When he told about the time he were training for the SEALs exams,
I was under the impression that he is not a normal human being.
However, I need to end this text with a warning: don't try to do what he does or did in his life.
