Motivation

I always liked to read, in my recreation time, about different types of subjects. One of the first e-books I read in English was Can't Hurt Me: Master Your Mind and Defy the Odds by David Goggins.

I saw the Author in an interview on Youtube, and I found the stories about him amazing, and shortly thereafter that, I buy his book.

To give a quick review I can says that the book is not only about how inspire us to practice more sports, It's much more than that, because, the Author talk about how we can push ourselves and achieve goals that we thought it was impossible.

When he told about the time he were training for the SEALs exams,
I was under the impression that he is not a normal human being.

However, I need to end this text with a warning: don't try to do what he does or did in his life.

This sounds like an excellent book – I am tempted to get it myself!

I absolutely love reading and learning about people who have done amazing things with their lives and I have a lot of respect for those who put themselves through Navy SEAL training!

Your written English is incredibly good in this passage!

I only have some minor corrections and suggestions

  1. shortly thereafter that, I buy his book - shortly thereafter [the word “that” is not needed here], I bought his book
  2. To give a quick review I can says that - To give a quick review, I can say that
  3. the Author talk about how we can push ourselves and achieve goals that we thought it was impossible - the Author talks about how we can push ourselves and achieve goals that we thought were impossible
  4. When he told about the time he were training for the SEALs exams,
I was under the impression that he is not a normal human being.- When he told us about the time he was training for the SEAL exams,
I was under the impression that he was not a normal human being.

I always liked to, in my recreation time, read about different types of (redundant) subjects. One of the first e-books I read in English was Can't Hurt Me: Master Your Mind and Defy the Odds by David Goggins.

I saw the Author in an interview on YouTube, and I found the stories about him amazing, and. Shortly thereafter that, I buy bought his book.

To give you a quick review (Also, ‘summary’) of the book, I can says that the book is not only about how inspire inspiring us to practice more sports, It's much more than that, because,. The author also talks about how we can push ourselves and achieve goals that we thought it was impossible before.
