I'm good thanks. I'm enjoying being on holiday and not having to get up early in the mornings smiley. What about you. How are you doing?

What part of the CEPT test exactly are you having problems with? Once you provide me with more detail, I will try and help you out.

With regards to your text, I just have the following comments to make

You're welcome Gaby :-) Make sure you keep practicing your writing and speaking skills here by adding texts and audios. You will make a lot of progress.

With regards to the CEPT test, are you sure that you are not provided with a list of words you can use to fill in the gaps? Please take a look at this link and let me know if it is the part of the exam you are referring to: https://www.myvocabulary.com/lesson-plans/cept-cip-cap-1/fill-in-the-blank/

:-)

Hi Gaby.  I followed your link and did the test as well to see what you have to do!!  I know what you mean about the gap fill exercises.  The first one you need to select the correct word from the selection and then click on the arrow at the bottom of the page to move on to the next word.  There's another exercise like this as well.  Then there's an exercise where you have to decide which word needs to go into the gap in the text and they don't give you any words to choose from.  In this exercise you need to think of a word that fits.  There is another exercise where you have to use the tab button to move from one gap in the text to the next one.  I hope this helps!

Warm regards

Ros

Hi Gabriela,

I hope you managed to get to the bottom of your issue by following the advice above!

Just a note and I'm not sure whether or not you used capital letters deliberately, but we usually wouldn't use capital letters to emphasise our point. Exclamation marks are good indicators for louder speech.

Thanks,

Becky :)

Hi, Gabriela! English proficiency tests always make English learners anxious, I understand that. However, all you need to do is study to the best of your abilities and try to perform well on the exam and you are good to go! The thing is that these tests are getting better every year as lots of research is conducted about them. The test takers try to make these tests as efficient as possible to determine whether someone is proficient enough or not. As a result, all you need to do is become more efficient in general English.

I suggest you take a mock test before even starting to study. That way, you will get familiar with the test and you will know what and how you should study for it. Regarding CEPT, here is the link to a mock test: https://www.testingtutoring.com/en/services/testing/cept

Good luck!
