I'm back after a not so long hiatus.

I have come to realise that I should write more regularly on this website. What I have realised and others may want to point out is that there are always something to learn from anybody, even in my native language and areas that I can confidently say I know pretty well. However, I do not have much time so I'll keep this entry short. It's already time to hit the hay in my country.

"Before doing any type of exercise, it is important to do a good warm up to prepare your body. Warm ups prepare your body for the exercise ahead by increasing heart rate and respiration, and thus supplying energy to the cells. Increasing body heat also reduces the risk of muscular damage when stretching that can happen to 'cold' muscles.
